Cashmere is a luxury fabric that’s meant to last, so it should be treated with care. Hand washing is the best way to keep your cashmere looking new, unless your care label says "Dry Clean Only". Follow our easy step by step care guide and your cashmere will last for a lifetime.
We don’t recommend machine washing, but if time is precious then our advice would be: turn your garment inside out in a wash bag and choose the most delicate setting for wash and spin – at 30ºC/86F, using wool detergent. For hand washing use a gentle liquid detergent, either speciality product for cashmere or baby shampoo. Rinse well and don't wring but gently squeeze the excess water out. Whether you machine or hand wash, lay your garment flat on a towel, away from direct sun light or heat. If necessary gently iron at low temperature.

Pilling, the tiny balls of fluff that build up over time, is natural. It’s actually the cashmere fibres naturally shedding, caused by wearing, not washing, and is not a sign of inferior quality. You can simply pick them or occasionally lightly run over a cashmere comb. Over time the pilling will reduce and your cashmere will look flawless for longer.

How do I become a member?

Please click on "NEW MEMBER" box on right top corner of main page and fill in the "New Member" form. 

Is there any charge for membership?

No, membership is free of charge. 

What should I do if I forget my password?

Go to Sign In box and click on the "Forgot your password?".  We will send you en email to set your password. 

What happens if you do not receive auto confirmation email, after you sign up for membership?

Please inform us by writing to info@laniger.com. We will investigate the situation and get back to you promptly. 

How can I change my password?

After you sign in, you can access your account and change your password. 


ORDERS

How can I place an order? 

In order to shop at Laniger website, you need to be a member first. Following this process,  you pick your item and click "Add to Bag". You then proceeds to Check out and follow the instructions. 

How can I change my delivery address?

If you want to change your delivery address, after you completed the purchase, please send an email to info@laniger.com. If your order has not been picked up by the courier service, we will make the changes you request and inform you accordingly. 


Is my credit card used for shopping secure?

The credit card information is not stored in our website. Such information is only kept by your bank and/or credit card company. As soon as you press the payment button on our website, our system will be automatically connedted to the bank and/or Pay Pal and wait for the authorisation. The goods you purchased will only be shipped after the bank authorisation reaches Laniger. 

Can I pay for my purchases vis bank transfer? 

Laniger only accepts payments through credit card / Pay Pal. 

How can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order through "My Account" page.   However if your order has already been picked up by the courier service, you will not be able to cancel the order. In that case you should wait to receive the parcel and follow the return instructions. Laniger will refund you according to the Return Policy.

How can I be notified about the promotions?

Laniger will inform you about the promotions and other news by writing to the email address you provide in Membership Sign Up. 


RETURNS

How can I return an item bought ?

You are entitiled to return any item within 30 days of purchase and receive full refund as long as the item is not damaged and the labels are not removed. When you return your purchase,  please make sure you fill in the return form (which will be sent to you along with your purchase) and a copy of your invoice. 

How do I get my refund? 
 

After we receive the item you wish to return and found it to be in compliance with Laniger Return Policy, we will immediately apply to your bank and initiate the refund process. Usually the amount will be credited to your card within 2 weeks. This period is dependent on how quickly the bank processes the refund, therefore 2 weeks can not be guaranteed. 


DELIVERY

How do you deliver my purchase?

Laniger works with various courier services. The parcel will be delivered via a courier service to your delivery address. 

How long is the delivery period?

This depends on your delivery destination and the courier service. You can trace you parcel through the tracking number in your account page. 

How much is the delivery cost?

If you purchase is above €300 or equivalent, you will not pay any delivery charge. For purchases below, the delivery charge is €35 for Europe and €50 for the rest of the world. 





SHIPMENT

How does Laniger ship my parcel?
Laniger works with DHL, UPS, TNT and Yurtiçi Kargo (domestic Turkey only). We will send your parcel to your defined name and address. 

Can you send my shipment to an address other than my address. 
Yes you can, all you have to do is to fill in the Delivery Address section. 

How much is the Delivery Charge. 
Shipment cost is €35 for Europe and €50 for the rest of the world. Purchases above € 300 (or equivalent in other currencies) will be delivered free of charge. 
 
How long will it take to receive my order? 
We promise to dispatch your order within 2 business days. We use a courier company that can provide the fastest delivery service to your address. However, after we deliver your parcel to the courier company, delivery time will depend on them. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can access the site of the courier company and track your parcel. 


RETURN POLICY

You are entitled to return any item within 30 days from the purchase date. We will refund the value of the item returned to your credit card. Before we dispatch your shipment, we check the purchased item carefully and only send perfect items. Therefore please make sure you return the item in the same condition, with its tags attached and along with a copy of the invoice and filled in Return Form. You will also go to "My Account" section on the website and initiate your refund request.
